Cleaning and utility costs are included. Excessive cleaning upon departure (including but not limited to cleaning of upholstery, shampooing of rugs, breakage, soiling or damage to the interior or exterior caused strictly by applicant) may be subject to further charges.

Reservations must be secured by a deposit of one nights rent for weekends and two nights for longer stays. In addition some individual owners may require a security deposit for first time renters. Deposit is refundable if cancellation notice is received 14 days prior to arrival for a reservation that does not include a holiday

Full payment is due prior to occupancy; Cancellations will not be refunded for reservations that include holidays.

Each unit has a stated maximum capacity as outlined on this web site. Parties or large gatherings are not permitted on the premises without prior written approval of the owner.

Amenities: Each of the rental units is individually owned and reflects the tastes of the owners. We do our best to accurately describe each unit and its amenities prior to booking but cannot be responsible if tenants are dissatisfied with the accommodations. If you have any questions about the unit amenities, please call the numbers listed for each unit.

Smoking: All of our units are non-smoking. Please smoke outdoors and responsibly discard all smoking debris.

Items left in units: We will do our best to return articles left behind in units, however we cannot be held responsible for items left in the units.
